Growing up in the cocoa trade under the guidance of his father, a Local Buying Agent with over 20 years of experience, Olanrewaju gained a firsthand understanding of the challenges faced by farmers and traders. This early exposure shaped his deep commitment to fairness and equity, which lies at the heart of Golden-Kith's mission. He leads the design of the firm's ethical financial models—including the innovative Golden-Kith Standard—while overseeing strategy, finance, and research. His work bridges local producer realities with global buyer needs, creating trading structures that are both profitable and socially responsible. Trained initially in computer science (BSc, Adekunle Ajasin University; MSc, University of South Wales), Olanrewaju later switched to History, earning a Postgraduate Certificate in Historical Studies from the University of Oxford and currently pursuing a Master’s in History at Wolfson College, University of Cambridge. This deliberate transition allows him to combine technical rigor with deep ethical and historical insight, delivering research-driven solutions at the intersection of finance, markets, and social impact.

Moyinjah Bello brings a systems-driven approach to cocoa export operations, blending rigorous technical expertise with deep local intelligence. His analytical foundation was established early when he represented Nigeria at the International Mathematics Olympiad in Canada, a formative experience that preceded a BSc in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Akure and an MSc in Hydropower Development from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. This background in engineering and mathematics allows him to design complex, scalable export models and structured supply architectures, ensuring that Local Buying Agents can transition into direct exporters while meeting strict international regulatory and quality standards. His professional career is marked by a rare cross-sector perspective, having held roles as a Research Assistant at the Federal University Oye-Ekiti, a commercial professional at First Bank Nigeria, and a project lead at Benin Electricity Distribution Company (BEDC). This diverse experience in banking, academia, and energy informs his disciplined approach to risk management, cost control, and multi-stakeholder coordination. Crucially, Moyinjah bridges these global technical standards with first-hand insight into the cocoa industry; having grown up near the cocoa-producing hub of Idanre, he possesses an intimate understanding of farmer practices and aggregation dynamics, allowing Golden-Kith to effectively link local West African supply chains with international commercial markets.
